Supported and Compatible Definitions
- Fully Supported - devices that are fully tested and fully supported.
- Compatible - devices that are deemed to be compatible and fully supported, but haven't been fully tested.
- Compatible with limited support - devices that are deemed to be compatible and for which limited support is provided, but haven't been fully tested.
- Not compatible - devices that are not compatible and not supported.
- Not applicable (N/A) - device compatibility is not applicable.
IMPORTANT: To use Cisco Jabber or Avaya softphones with Poly Lens Desktop, uninstall any version of Plantronics Hub that's installed on your computer.
Note: Poly Lens Desktop does not provide the Call Control integration support for cameras.

Bluetooth Direct enables you to pair your supported Poly device quickly without the need for a USB adapter on HP laptops only.
Poly Lens Desktop 2.0 supports the use of Bluetooth Direct to pair the following devices on HP laptops.
IMPORTANT: All Windows 10 and Windows 11 HP laptops support Bluetooth Direct but some HP laptops may not have full mute sync support without updated Bluetooth audio drivers.

Connection Management Support
Poly Lens Desktop supports the following devices for connection management using Bluetooth, a USB cable, a USB adapter, or an office dock.
IMPORTANT: Poly Lens Desktop supports connection management for cameras using a USB cable connection only. Poly Lens Desktop does not support connection management for cameras using Bluetooth, USB adapters, or office docks.

IMPORTANT: HP PCs running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with Realtek Bluetooth drivers installed support the full range of Bluetooth direct features. Other system configurations may support this feature, but they don't have full mute sync support in Zoom.
Update the AMD or Intel audio driver in your PC to the latest version to obtain full Call Control support for Zoom. For more information about the Bluetooth audio drivers to install or update, refer to HP Software and Drivers.
